The Nikon Sovereign 4-16x42mm scope provides all of the power required for long range varmint hunting and a wide field of view needed for close up gigantic game hunting. This is an utility rifle scope and the ultimate choice for shooting in the field or on the range. The optics are Nikon's common prime quality. The side focus lets you have a wonderfully clear sight picture from fifty yards to infinity, without regard for the magnification. Simply pull out the side focus knob, adapt to the yardage of the target you're looking at, and push the knob back in to fasten. The eyepiece is adjustable permitting the shooter to sharpen the view of the reticle.
